Emily Joy Peterson has experience caring for a wide range of animals, from farm animals to household pets. She has been walking dogs for 10 years and has a particular interest in canine behavior and training. Emily is also available to work with you towards improving communication between you and your companions through behavior consultation and training sessions. Emily has a BS in Animal Science and an MS in Neuroscience and Behavior, and has experience with pet first aid and basic veterinary care.
Do your dogs want to run in the woods? Or just play in the yard for a few minutes? Whatever your pet needs while you're away, Emily can make sure that they are happy and relaxed when you get home.

From home visits and feeding to special medical care, Emily is available to take care of your companions while you are out of town.
Single or multiple visits per day including: feeding, walking, attention and play time, administration of medications, watering plants, turning on and off lights, bringing in the mail...

Dog Training & Consultation
Does your dog need to work on his manners? Is your dog the PERFECT dog... except when she destroys the trash? Emily can work with you and your dog using positive training methods to help overcome annoying behavior issues or just to help an already wonderful dog have more fun and learn new tricks.
1 hour consultation - $40 - Discuss the issues you are having with your dog and learn some training basics.
30 minute training session - $30 - Basic manners, obedience, socialization and tricks.
Add extra manners training to your daily walk for $5
